The Walk for Awareness is organized by the Mental Awareness Foundation and is now in its 16th year. It brings together thousands of participants to honour the nine lives lost to suicide every day in Australia and to raise funds for mental health programs

The event emphasizes community, connection, and raising awareness about mental health in a supportive environment.

🚶 9km or 5km walk through beautiful Brisbane. The route is family, wheelchair and pet friendly!

🎫 Registration is just $35, with kids 14 and under free!

👕 All participants receive their very own Walk for Awareness T-Shirt with an option to buy a shirt for any children who are also walking

So get your friends together and join us for a morning of connection, purpose and community as we walk towards Better Mental Health – One Step At A Time
